The world’s most exciting players will take to the courts in the only ATP Tour event in Southeast Asia when the Thailand Open gets underway at Impact Arena, Muang Thong Thani, Bangkok on September 21.

World number three seed and Australian Open champion Novak Djokovic will lead the field and be joined by two time Grand Slam champion Marat Safin and Australian Open runner up Jo-Wilfried Tsonga for the eight day event.

In the doubles, local heroes and defending champions Sonchat and Sanchai Ratiwatana return to defend their first ATP Tour title.

A new category of premium seats that puts fans closer to the action will be on sale this year, with ticket prices starting at just Bt300 (US$9.00) and available at all Thaiticketmajor outlets.

Ticket holders from the Thailand Open 2007 can obtain a 25% discount on the cost of this year’s tickets by taking their 2007 tickets to any branch of Thaiticketmajor.
