Chiang Rai Tourism is introducing all mountain bikers to its new campaign “International Mountain Bike Touring: Tour of Mekong 2008.” The event features a mountain bike round-trip from Amphoe Chiang Saen, Chiang Rai to Chiang Roong in China.

The registration is open on October 25th, 2008 in Chiang Saen. The Tour of Mekong 2008 will take all participants to a 450-kilometer long scenic route while cycling along Mekong River, uphills, and on flat roads.

Take a deep breath and enjoy a nice atmosphere under tree shades while riding your bikes through the natural touch of northern mountains in Laos and China.
